Huawei Malaysia hosts its 2014 Service Partner Conference

[Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, December 19, 2014]: Earlier today, Huawei held its Malaysia Service Partner Conference 2014 at Impiana KLCC Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The theme of this year’s conference is “Better Service, Embrace the Future”. The service conference aimed at awarding service partners who provided high quality delivery services, surpassed engineer skill development benchmarks, and contributed significantly to the service solution revenue in the past 12 months. This event also served as a great networking platform for the partners to share their experiences and to have a better understanding of Huawei’s service solutions, policies as well as training programs to achieve growth together.

Huawei Malaysia Chief Executive Officer Abraham Liu, opened the conference with a welcome speech that thanked all the service partners for their support and highlighted their contribution in the great progress Huawei’s Enterprise Business in Malaysia over the years. He said, “Local network strength and capabilities is instrumental for business growth in a B2B environment. Over the last few years, our focus has been on strengthening these relationships as well as the structure, tools, and processes around them in order to build a win-win business environment.”

 

The Malaysian market is one of the most important markets within Huawei’s Southern Pacific region expansion plans. We appreciate the contribution of our service partners towards this end. We are happy to say our partners in Malaysia share our passion and enthusiasm for top-notch service and business transformation through technology.  It is only through collaboration with our partners that we are able to build the complete service platform, provide on-time and accurate technical support and high quality training programs to meet and exceed the high expectations our customers have of us.”

 

The top three service partners that received awards in the conference are Whizzwork Sdn Bhd, Global Forway Sdn Bhd and Netaxis Sdn Bhd. 

 

Mr. Guan Swee Teng, Managing Director of Netaxis Sdn Bhd, said, “The collaboration with Huawei was not an easy start. Our engineers were not familiar with Huawei products and there was little reference material available. However, thanks to Huawei’s Channel Enablement program and the Support-E system, the transition is more seamless now. We are confident that we will continue to grow together with Huawei in the coming years too.”

 

Mr. Nagiswaren, Senior Solution Manager of Global Forway Sdn Bhd, who is one of the award recipients, said, “We see a lot of potential in our partnership with Huawei Enterprise. Various training classes and hands-on trainings such as Huawei Certified Network Associate course organized by Huawei have helped us in developing engineering skills within our organization. Looking ahead, we would certainly like to achieve a greater success together with Huawei.”
