Huawei announces innovative partner engagement model to deliver successful end-to-end services

Helping partners accelerate their business success through optimized channel operation system, beneficial partner programs and best service support

BALI, Indonesia, Dec. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Huawei Southern Pacific Enterprise Business Unit recently announced it has developed an innovative partner engagement model to deliver successful end-to-end services at the Huawei Southern Pacific Channel Partners Satisfaction Improvement Conference 2014 in Bali, Indonesia. Through optimized channel operation system, beneficial partner programs and best service support, Huawei the new model will support and help partners accelerate their business success in this competitive digital age.

Huawei believes that partner satisfaction and development is one of the key attributes for enterprise business growth. As a result, Huawei has conducted a 2014 Partner Satisfaction Survey in partnership with CFI GROUP, in the Southern Pacific Region to enhance channel programs, and provide more structural online products, solutions and service enabling systems, and improved online ordering platform. The analysis and survey reports cover seven key partnership attributes, including Products and Solutions, Communications, Service and Support, Channel Policy and Management, Supply and Delivery, Marketing and Brand Promotion and Organizational Efficiency.

Mr. Wu Gang, President, Huawei Southern Pacific Enterprise Business Unit, opened the conference with a welcome speech that thanked partners for their support and highlighted the great progress of Huawei's Enterprise Business over the past three years. "The Southern Pacific region is one of the most important markets within Huawei's global expansion plans, and we greatly value our partners here. Under the conference theme, "Engaging Minds; Empowering Relationship", Huawei today strengthens its commitment to investing in local talent and branding promotions across the region and will work to improve its IT system towards an end-to-end channel eco-system," Mr. Wu added.

During the conference, the management team of Huawei Enterprise Business also addressed Huawei's improvement plan in response to the partners' feedback. Huawei shared with partners on more enhanced channel programs, more structural online products, solutions and service enabling systems and improved online ordering platform. Through all improvements, Huawei is committed to support and help partners accelerating success in this competitive digital age.
